Return Policy: You may return any item by notifying us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
We will refund the purchase price once we receive the item in a new, unused condition, please retain the original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. If we shipped the incorrect goods, we will pay for the return shipping.
Call 866-566-6342 for Return Authorization. Credit will be issued within one business week of receipt of the returned item/s.
Important: Should your package arrive in a damaged condition, please advise or notify the delivery driver and ensure the damage is documented also notify Klepper America immediately. This is the only way we will be able to claim from the carrier. If possible take a picture of the damage for your records and submission to the carrier.
Warranty: Klepper folding kayaks, parts and accessories are covered by a 5 Year Factory Warranty. This warranty covers material and workmanship and does not cover misuse or damage by the owner.
